Financial Information

The NYSSCPA is exempt from federal taxes under section 501(c)(6) of the U.S. Internal Revenue Code and from state and local taxes under comparable laws. The FAE is exempt from federal taxes under section 501(c)(3) of the IRC and from state and local taxes under comparable laws. As a political organization, the CPA PAC is subject to corporate tax on its taxable income.
